Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be intact and item must be in original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear, undergarments, and socks
• Customized or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved:

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the item doesn’t meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Recheck your bank account or payment method
2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary)

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at info@zankoro.store.

Return Shipping

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable courier service
• We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

• You will receive a gift credit once your return is received and approved
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser
